The Design Show Awards 2018
The Design Show’s inaugural Designer Awards showcases New Zealand’s emerging talent in architecture and design. The purpose of The Design Show Designer Awards is to provide an opportunity for students and emerging designers to demonstrate their talent and the next generation of great design in front of New Zealand’s design community. The Designer Awards will be judged by leaders and influencers in the industry with representatives from architectural practices, interior design firms and fashion and lifestyle designers.
The top five entries will be showcased in the entrance of The Design Show venue (ANZ Viaduct Events Centre) for the duration of the event. Up to 5,000 visitors are expected across the three days.
Awards are themed categories across three entrant classes:
- Student Designer
- Emerging Designer
- People’s Choice Awards
Entry into The Design Show Designer Awards requires a person to complete the entry form in full and submit a concept drawing of their design as per the category requirements. Entries close midnight Friday 22 June 2018.
